Space rules so far from Plant Services

Here are the rules I was able to get out of Peter (plant services) so far:

- NO double stick foam tape on the walls! Nails,staples and screws aren't a problem

- decals can be applied to the floor as long as we take them off afterwards

- We can paint whatever colours we want as long as we paint it back the way it was afterwards

- We CAN hang from the ceiling, off of the pillars, the anchors that support the pipes, but NOT the pipes themselves. Lamps were not mentioned but I'm pretty sure we can't off those either.

- The cement walls around the elevators should not be touched. But we can mount hooks in the drywall above it and hang in front of it.

- They didn't have any problem with blocking off the design office, but we would need the office's permission as they are operating and functional that week. The weekend should be less of a problem. Sandra (secretary) did not seem in favor, but if it came from above she would have no problem. I suggest a floating wall/panel a couple
feet away could create a "backstage" passage.
